Let the fun begin!

Tickets are purchased and apartments deposits paid for our two weeks exploring Barcelona and Spain.  The oldest kid is thrilled as this was her destination choice.

Apartment 1 - Barcelona - Valencia Street

We have the 4th floor apartment with 9 foot ornate ceilings, AC with original mosaic floors throughout.  It was really nice to be emailing owners that have pretty decent English .... my Spanish is pretty poor (though I do have google translate).

After a 3 hour train ride to Madrid we will reside just two blocks away from the Royal Palace!

 

 

Here we will be on the 2nd floor (3rd based on N American standards), with a very open and modern apartment with AC, and TWO bathrooms.  I think we'll enjoy that part for sure!
